The maximum height of silos existing at 9 June 2016 and located on Lot 1 DP 4166, Lot 1 DP 7579 and Lot 1 DP 4973 must not exceed 35m. 13.2.1.3. Notwithstanding Standards 13.2.1.1 and 13.2.1.2, the maximum height of a building or structure on land above mean high water springs must not exceed 12m above natural ground level or the ground level established by reclamation. 13.2.1.4.
