Cross lease and unit plan subdivisions, as set out below: (a) existing cross-lease or unit title developments, where staged development has been previously approved under previous plans or legislation but the development is uncompleted; (b) variations or amendments to cross-lease or unit title plans; (c) legal separation of existing lawfully established dwellings on the same property, subject to compliance with Section 224(f) of the RMA.
