Deepak has the highest win loss ratio of any Fleetwood Estimator in the last 10 years and has built strong trust with our sales team with his attention to detail a stand out trait as he has continued to produce consistently accurate pricing for the team. Deepak is constantly seeking self-improvement when undertaking tenders and costing reviews with one innovative idea saving Fleetwood more than $100k on a commercial kitchen HVAC design. VIC – Sarah Bedwell, BID Coordinator Sarah received nominations for Aligning Performance for Success; Leading through Vision & Values Sarah continually shows dedication to her role and goes above and beyond to perform her tasks. Sarah is results focused and demonstrates commitment towards managing workflows and prioritisation with a strong focus on team deliverables and assistance with steel, production and external consultants. NSW – Shawn Miller, Carpenter Shawn received nominations for Performance for Success; Building Trust; Attitude & Behaviour and Opportunity for Improvement Shawn continues to support his team leader by always providing the highest of work standards and continuous effort. Shawn demonstrates a positive daily attitude and displays strong values and a work ethic aligned with teamwork, safety and provides a stable and reliable relationship with all employees. *Congratulations to the inaugural employee of the quarter winners. Safety Starts With Me Quarterly Winners - July to September WA – Mick Hill, Building Supervisor Mick received nominations for Team Work; Attitude & Behaviour and Hazard & Incident Reporting Mick has taken the initiative to work with the Apprentice Team and is consistently investing his time to show them how to conduct themselves and has helped with the development of the team. Mick has a positive attitude towards safety and shows due diligence by performing safety related tasks around the yard regularly. QLD – Trent Warne, Carpenter Trent received nominations for Attitude & Behaviour and Policies & Procedures Trent has taken the initiative to demonstrate and instruct others on the safety and awareness of working outdoors in the heat; and to eliminate the risk of sun exposure, heat stroke and dehydration by providing shade solutions to exposed working areas. VIC – Wayne Tobin, Carpenter Wayne received nominations for Teamwork; Attitude & Behaviour Wayne goes above and beyond to lend a hand to get jobs done and performs tasks which are outside of his job’s role, doing so without hesitation. Wayne always works to his maximum capacity while following the requirements of the WHSE policies. NSW – Jake Ryan, Carpenter Jake received nominations for Attitude & Behaviour; Teamwork; Opportunity for Improvement and Hazard & Incident Reporting Jake has recently been appointed to Team Leader due to his consistent application of safety standards within his team.
