WA – William Collins, Project Manager William received nominations for Attitude & Behaviour and Teamwork William works extremely effectively with site supervisors and contractors on the BMW School sites and is actively engaging with the team regarding site safety arrangements at all times with plenty of positive feedback received from the client regarding Will’s work ethics. QLD – Matthew Reynolds, Program Manager Matthew received nominations for Attitude & Behaviour and Incident Reporting Matthew was conscientious and led by example whist setting up the NAV Training Rooms. Matthew considered all safety in this area and made provisions for leads, good housekeeping and ergonomics and is compliant with reporting any injuries or incidents that occur. NSW – Jake Ryan, Carpenter Jake received nominations for Attitude & Behaviour; Policies & Procedures; Teamwork and Opportunity for Improvement Jake assisted in requisites with SWMS, has a good safety mind and understanding of safety in Fleetwood and performs all tasks in accordance with HSEQ procedures showing others the correct processes. NSW – Shawn Miller, Carpenter Shawn received nominations for Attitude & Behaviour and Teamwork Shawn has a great attitude toward safety every day. He is a team player and happy to assist with HSEQ requirements at any time. VIC Somerton – Leon Buissink, Carpenter Leon received nominations for Hazard & Incident Reporting and Opportunity for Improvement Leon shows imitative in reporting hazards and incidents particularly with asbestos containing materials and leads on the ground. He also identifies how to resolve these situations. VIC Campbellfied – Nick Parker, Site Supervisor Nick received nominations for Attitude & Behaviour and Opportunity for Improvement Nick shows advocacy in solving electric safety issues inside buildings. To eliminateleads onthe ground inside buildings, Nick has made a prototype light stand that includes a lead holder, RCD boxes and power points. VIC Somerton – Lucas Theuma, Site Supervisor Lucas received nominations for Hazard & Incident Reporting and Attitude & Behaviour Lucas has demonstrated commitment to reporting hazards and placing adequate control measures in place. Lucas always communicates effectively with stakeholders to ensure safety precautions are taken on his work sites. *Congratulations to the winners who will each receive a HSEQ Champion Pack, Certificate and $50 gift voucher. All winners will receive their award at your sites upcoming Toolbox or Staff Meeting.
