A champion, a premier and three undefeated squads...a big season for Basketball The 2021/2022 Basketball season turned out to be a ‘cracker’ when you consider the lack of competition and practise in Term 4 2021. With the return of normal training schedules and weekly games Newington had three teams go through the GPS season undefeated, for Term 1 2022, the fun began with the uncertainty of boys and with congratulations to the 1sts, 7ths and 15Ds on their remarkable coaches’ availability from week-to-week due to COVID protocols.
