Ian has extensive experience in the retail industry across a number of senior retail roles, including 11 years at Westfield. She was the Managing Director of Bulgari UK (2012 to 2014) During his time at Westfield, Ian was Head of Human Resources concurrent with being the Managing Director of Bulgari Australia for seven years and also responsible for retailing relationships in (2007 to 2014), part of the LVMH Group. She was also the Australia and New Zealand.
