This shall take into account potential discharge from other zoned but undeveloped land draining to the drainage system. 10d Identify where stormwater systems andtreatment devices are not performing. High Short 2b Develop a risk-based framework to managingland use and stormwater contaminants. High Short 7a Develop specific guidelines on dewateringtechniques for construction projects. High Short 12a Improve the understanding of the effects ofstormwater derived sediments and High Short contaminants on the ecological and amenity values of the receiving environments. 1b Review the stormwater strategy within fiveyears to determine the appropriateness of this High Short Stormwater Strategy and associated stormwater discharge consents. 7f Develop a bylaw on tradewaste connectionswhich provides Council sufficient powers to High Short remedy/prosecute any non-compliance with the standards and rules. 7g Review WARMP rules to ensure they providesufficient ability to regulate land use, including High Short specifically industrial and commercial landowners. 9g Review approach to collecting developmentcontributions to ensure it remains responsive High Short (preference to move to LGA rather than RMA). 10c Develop bylaws for new connections ofindustrial and commercial premises to the High Short Council stormwater network, including for treatment of stormwater quality. 13c Apply for comprehensive discharge consent.
