Section 4: Demand Assessment 4.5.7 Community Building Reserves Each year the incumbent MDC Property Managers arrange IQP (Independent qualified person) inspections of the buildings identified as requiring inspection. Any maintenance requirements identified by these inspections is funded by annual funds reserved for works on Council administered community buildings. If the building is leased then the lessee must apply to the Annual Plan for funding for improvements or maintenance.
