Executive Summary These increases relate to costs associated with maintaining the status quo along with increases in capital expenditure and ongoing maintenance requirements to meet increasing level of service demands across Marlborough’s Reserves and Amenity network. The capital works forecasts in s4 have been obtained from the Reserves Section capital works programme, which is a continuously evolving working schedule of estimated capital/renewal and replacement requirements developed by Reserves and Amenities staff.
